Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. You’ll receive a shipping notification once your order is on the way.

Please note: While we aim to dispatch orders quickly, processing times may be slightly longer during busy periods.

Shipping Times

All orders are shipped directly from our storeroom.

We aim to have our order with you in the following timeframes (but they may take longer)

UK Standard Shipping: 2–4 working days
Europe: 7–12 working days
United States: 10–15 working days
Rest of the World: 10–15 working days

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Delivery timeframes begin once your order has been shipped, not from the date of order, and are provided as estimates only. All orders are subject to acceptance and approval.
